Two of my duties as an assistant coach are to warm up players before practice and stretch them afterwards, so I'm always looking for new techniques in order to keep the players interested. I've found that researching these can take a lot of time. The day of our first practice I received your newsletter and realized I had found my answer. Great timing!!! I purchased several of the downloads (Nutritional Guidelines, In-Season Strength Training, and Per / Post Practice Stretches) and within minutes I was planning my new routines for practice that day. Your site will always be my first stop. Your products and service are first class! Sincerely, Dave Enke

I discovered Stronger Team about 6 months ago when a basketball trainer forwarded my question to Alan. I was so impressed on the quick response and answer that Stronger Team quickly became one of my regular training sites to visit. Alan’s information and willingness to answer questions has been a great source for this youth basketball coach and father. Even the PDF download was easy to purchase, easy to incorporate into the pre and post-practice routine, and most important it has helped the players. I would recommend keeping up-to-date with the blog that Alan does (http://Blog.StrongerTeam.com) and if possible see him at a local clinic or conference (which I am hoping to do this spring in Wisconsin).
