"The Most Credible, Safe, and Effective Vertical Jump Program Ever!"

Hi, I'm Professional Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach Alan Stein and yes that's me with Kevin Durant at the NBA Draft when he was selected by the Sonics. I have trained Kevin in high school and currently train some of the top basketball players in the country on a daily basis to help improve their vertical jump and explosiveness. Are you frustrated with your current training program? Do you wish you could jump higher? Do you want to be more athletic and explosive on the court? Have you tried numerous other vertical jump programs that promise a lot but don't deliver?

Most Vertical Jump Programs Are Just Hype

The problem with most vertical jump programs (besides outrageous claims) is that they are not progressive and comprehensive. They only focus on training one area of your body to improve vertical jump. There are so many gizmos and gadgets that also claim to help your vertical jump it is difficult to know who is telling the truth and which products actually work. Most programs have a cool sounding name and promise amazing results but they don't offer anything to back up the claims - such as who the creator of the program really is and what credentials they have. It's hard to believe in a program if the best they can do to back up their product is a grainy photo of some kid dunking on what might be a 9 foot rim. Who do they think they are kidding? I'm here to tell you to forget all the gizmos, gadgets, and single-minded programs.

Now you can get a vertical jump program that is comprehensive and will help you reach your full vertical jump potential. Get those extra inches you need to dunk the basketball and if you are already throwing it down, you can get the inches you need to dunk on people in games. I work with McDonald's All-Americans, NBA players, NBA prospects, and top college players and I'm going to share with you the same program I give them to jump higher and increase their explosiveness on the basketball court. My M.V.P. Vertical Jump program also has the backing of top players and coaches around the world. It's time that there was a vertical jump program that isn't about ridiculous claims and silly looking shoes that will actually work for you.

Get the Same Training I use with the Best Players in the Country.

Nike has me bring my innovative training methods to their Nike Skill Academies every summer. I use the same drills and exercises in the M.V.P. Vertical Jump program DVD as I use when I work with the best high school player's in the nation!

The Core 4 is the Key to the M.V.P. Vertical Jump Program

The key to the M.V.P. program is what I call the Core 4. There are 4 key areas you must train if you want to jump as high as you possibly can - Flexibility, Core, Strength, and Power. Trust me, if you aren't training the Core 4, you simply won't be able to reach your vertical potential. I've trained the top high school and college players at the Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Steve Nash, Paul Pierce, and Amare Stoudemire Nike Skills Academies. They've benefited from the same proven techniques I use in the MVP program. I am a professional basketball strength & conditioning coach and work with players on a daily basis. I am always working to stay at the top of my profession so I guarantee that you will be getting the latest ideas and innovations in vertical jump training today.

Flexibility is defined as the range of motion in a joint or series of joints. The flexibility drills in M.V.P will greatly increase the flexibility of your achilles, calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors will aid in increasing your vertical jump. Improving the range of motion you can take your joints through increases your potential to produce power. The more power you can produce, the higher you can jump.

The days of sitting on the ground and static stretching are over! In addition to improving flexibility, dynamic flexibility exercises assist in developing coordination and motor ability - both of which are attributes that help improve a player's explosiveness.

The Flexibility chapter contains 11 exercises that will increase your range of motion which will increase your vertical jump.

Strength is the ability to produce force. The more force you can create against the ground, the higher you can jump. You must not only strength train your lower body, but must train your upper body as well. Your upper body plays a key role in how much force you can produce in your vertical jump.

Alan gives you the best 9 upper body exercises to do and the best 9 lower body to increase your vertical jumping ability.  Vertical jump programs that only use natural body weight, will not allow you to develop additional force from your muscles. That means you will not be able to jump as high as you possibly could.

If you are going to unleash the M.V.P. in you, strength training your upper and lower body is a must.

Power is the ability to exert strength quickly and forcefully, which is the essence of jumping! The Power chapters include:

Plyometrics
Power Drills
Progressive Dunks
Box/Bleacher Jumps
The Progressive Dunks chapter shows you how to measure your progress through the program. Progressive dunks are fun and truly show your progress.

With a comprehensive program like M.V.P. you will train all the necessary components to jump as high as you possibly can.

When most people think of their "jumping muscles" they think of their legs and hips. However, your core (abs, low back, hip flexors) play a huge role in jumping. Your core is the center of every athletic movement! This core workout is unique because it's:

Creative - The days of doing regular crunches are long gone; players want and need to be stimulated with new and innovative exercises.
Uses auxiliary muscles - These exercises also work the muscles of the hands, forearms, and shoulders - which are injury prone areas.
Uses a ball - Basketball players love to have a ball in their hands. By giving them a ball they actually like to work their core!

I'll Even Help You After You Buy My Program!
So if you want to jump as high as you possibly can with the most credible, innovative, efficient, and safe vertical jump program on the market, then order now! I also promise you that if you have any questions while doing the M.V.P. program I will answer them. I am just an e-mail away. I'll still be there for you even after you've ordered the DVD. I am the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Southwest High School in San Antonio, Texas. Last year I purchased Alan's Maximum Vertical Potential DVD, Cutting Edge Reaction and Quickness Drills for Basketball DVD, and 130 Pro Power Speed, Quickness & Reaction Drills DVD, and quite frankly - these videos changed my entire perspective on strength training, plyometrics, and developing speed and quickness. What Alan has done is take a lot of concepts we have all used over the years and tweaked them to be basketball specific. The tennis ball reaction drills, plyometric system, and weight training are the staples that have improved our athleticism to a point where we have went from an 18-18 team to a team most likely to win 30 games this season and make in to the third or fourth round of the playoffs. Besides everything Alan has developed being tailored to basketball, the most important part of what he has developed is that my kids think it is fun. They don't even realize how hard they are working because they adore the drills, and if done properly, the coaches are out there sweating with them, especially when we ball dance. Coaches always say they want players who will sweat with them, but players want coaches who will sweat with them as well. When you're out there rolling and tossing balls doing theses drills and encouraging them every step of the way, you have no choice but to sweat with them. If you want to see Alan's work in action, come to our practices. I can assure you that you will see something every day I have acquired from Alan. The "Maximum Vertical Potential" system is so incredible that all you have to do is teach your players the lifts, jumps, etc., then print the 12-week program off the disc and do it exactly as outlined. The results will be immediate and obvious, and the beauty of it is how time efficient the program is. Alan Stein's passion, energy, and love of the game are contagious. I think he is simply the best in the world at what he does. Thanks, Bill Avey
