Question: What kinds of products does Stronger Team offer?
Answer: Stronger Team offers two different types of products to help basketball players and coaches of all levels with the strength & conditioning needs:
  1. Instant downloads: we offer numerous digital files that are available as instantly downloaded Adobe PDF documents. These files can be saved to your computer as well as printed for easy use. Access to these documents is transmitted electronically. 
  2. Instructional DVDs: we offer a wide variety of instructional DVDs. DVDs are shipped First Class Parcel via the United States Post Office. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be provided.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: All sales are final. If a purchased digital file does not open, or there are material DVD, or other media defects, let Stronger Team, LLC know within 30 days of purchase. Stronger Team, LLC's exclusive remedy hereunder shall be a replacement of the defective content file and / or items purchased. If the DVD, or other media appears to be defective, please mail us a copy of your receipt, include a note with an explanation of the defect and include the defective DVD or media. Except for the limited warranty on content set forth above, our Digital Files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
